As we add more photographers, we will be expanding our coverage area without affecting pricing to customers all over Indiana. The premiere tour includes:
10 still photos and 4 VR flash panoramic scenes as well as the following outstanding features:
- Ultra-high resolution is included and recommended, but a lower resolution can be chosen to ensure potential buyers do not abandon the download of the tour due to a slow connection and the size of the file.
- VR Scenes and still photos can be viewed full screen.
- VR Scenes provide complete 360 degree views. This is a big benefit in many homes with important details such as vaulted ceilings or crown moldings.
- Field of view mouse controls in VR scenes. Drag up to scan to ceiling and down to floor, etc. A scroll mouse can control zoom. Right clicking also provides viewing options.
- A tour "movie" will automatically play when the tour completes loading. This movie will play all still photos and VR scenes in a sequence that you would logically expect to see them if actually walking through the home.
- A thumbnail scroll box showing all VR scenes and still photos allow the viewer to pick the scene they wish to view again once the movie is played. The current scene will have a highlight effect in the scroll box and there is a rollover effect to indicate that the thumbnails are clickable links.
- Agent photo, logo or custom graphic and contact information.
- Custom templates.
- Links to request a tour, download a brochure (basic brochure included!), view property on the map (Google Maps) and floorplan if this feature is chosen.

VR Floorplan Map
 A floorplan can be a very effective tool in marketing a home. When a potential buyer is searching for homes online, there is no doubt that they will look at many. Virtual tours are becoming commonplace in todays real estate marketplace, so having the most effective tour is our goal. The VR Floorplan Map is much more than just a floorplan. It is interactive in multiple ways:
There are icons in the floorplan viewer that represent VR scenes or still photos in the tour. As you watch the intro movie when the tour opens, the icons in the floorplan will change color as the scenes change letting you know the current field of view.
The icons also have a nice rollover effect that help to indicate that the icons are clickable links. They will change the current scene or photo in the window to the one corresponding to that location in the floorplan.
Helping to really expand the effectiveness of the floorplan, the icons for the VR scenes also have a radar effect that moves as the scene moves. If there is a stairway in the tour window, there will be a stairway between the radar lines in the floorplan. If there is a hallway in a scene, it will be easy to see where it leads!
It is our goal to provide features that make your tour as good or better than an actual showing and a tour that will get your home noticed! Provided your home is priced right, it will sell. The key is to get the buyer to see your home and remember it!
This amazing feature is offered at an introductory price of only $19.99. If the homeowner or realtor cannot provide a floorplan, one can be drawn at an additional cost of $30.00 per 1000 square feet which is prorated (ie. 1500 sq. feet = $45.00).

Hotspots
 Hotspots are links that help to provide the walkthrough effect of the tour. This is another one of the features I feel makes a tour special and much more useful. It really makes the user feel as though they are in the scene. A hotspot in a scene is a "floating" link that will transition the viewer into the corresponding scene or still photo.
These can also be used to call attention to special features or important detail such as crown molding or custom cabinetry detail. This can be especially useful, since details such as this can easily be overlooked or forgotten in a busy open house or even a private tour if the buyer tends to take over the tour or if the realtor showing the property has not become familiar enough with the property prior to the showing.

These example buttons are part of the 456 Forest Ave sample tour and were designed to give the very basic tour interface a nice clean, classic windows look. They have a rollover effect, so the user easily notices that these are clickable links. Any links chosen will be custom designed to complement the chosen viewer template.
