Each year the number of my return customers continued to grow, which I felt was the true measure of my success. Many months of constant research, training and development have gone into preparing myself to provide the best tour possible.

Cutting edge features:

All tours include complete 360 degree spherical panoramas providing views capable of showing off features such as vaulted ceilings, crown molding or beautiful flooring materials. This alone makes my tours better than even the best of my competition, but there is more! While viewing a tour in it's initial smaller window, it is possible to just watch as a movie takes you through the property scenes and still photos in a sequence that would be logical in an actual walk-through. All scenes can be viewed full screen mode. Changing to and from full screen mode is as simple as double-clicking in the scene. It is possible to control the scene by clicking and dragging within the scene, using the mouse to "look” up, down and around in any direction at a speed controlled by the movement of the mouse. Using the mouse controls is intuitive and fun. Standard tours can be navigated from scene to scene, including stills and VR (virtual reality) panoramic scenes, through the drop down list of scenes provided in the viewer or by the conrols at the bottom of the screen in full screen mode or even with right-click options.

Many upgrades are available at a reasonable price. For the full virtual tour effect, I highly recommend the VR floor plan map feature. This upgrade gives the viewer the entire perspective of being in the home. A “radar” in the map indicates the field of view currently being seen. Interactive hotspots allow the viewer to move from scene to scene from the map. Hotspots can also be added to the scene itself at a modest additional charge.
