- Choice of Ultra-High resolution for broadband or lower resolution for dial-up. Dual load-speed available.
- A tour "movie" will immediately play when the tour completes loading. This movie will play all still photos and VR 3D panoramic scenes in a sequence that you would logically expect to see them if actually walking through the home.
- VR 3D panoramic scenes and still photos can be viewed full screen.
- VR 3D panoramic scenes are high dynamic range and completely spherical 360 x 360 allowing panning virtually all of the space of the room from the peak of the ceiling to the middle of the floor where the tripod sits!
- Field of view mouse controls in VR 3D panoramic scenes. Drag with your mouse to scan around the scene including up to the peak of the ceiling to the middle of the floor. With a scroll wheel mouse, scrolling up zooms in and scrolling down zooms out.
- Choice of a thumbnail scroll box or space-saving listbox. The thumbnail scroll box shows all scenes and stills in the order they appear in the movie and allow the viewer to pick the scene they wish to view. The current scene will be indicated by a highlight effect in the scroll box and there is a rollover effect to indicate that the thumbnails are clickable links.
- Agent photo, logo and custom graphics with contact information can be uploaded when ordering online or sent via email when ordering by phone.

The floorplan will be placed in the scene viewer and follows into full screen mode providing another way to change scenes. The icons in the floorplan are links to the corresponding scene in the tour. They are placed in the approximate location of the camera. The radar on the active icon indicates the field of view in the VR 3D panoramic scenes. Floorplan drawing can be done at the time of photography for $30.00 per 1,000 square feet (pro-rated).
Hotspot links similar to the ones in the floorplan map can also be placed in the scene itself, providing another great way to give a more accurate walk-through effect than the typical virtual tour, especially when viewed in full screen mode. Careful attention is paid to the initial field of view to the corresponding scene when hotspot links are activated. For example, when entering the kitchen from the living room, the intial field of view will be different than when entering the kitchen from the patio. Hotspots can also be used to call attention to important details such as crown molding, special fixtures or custom cabinetry detail. These hotspots will initiate a pop-up window upon clicking that will contain a clear close-up of the feature. This important feature is offered at only $1.00 each.
New Dual Load-Speed option provides the option to download the broadband or dial-up version of the tour. All scenes from the broadband tour are resized and compressed to dramatically improve the download times for the dial-up user while still maintaining a good representation of the home without the blurr, glare or distortion sometimes seen in lower quality tours from other providers.
